Information Technology Leadership

The Regional Information Center provides coordination and strategic support to school districts as they make informed decisions related to technology leadership and planning. We support districts as they vision, plan, evaluate, implement, and sustain innovative technology initiatives as well as coordinating, purchasing, installation, training, and overall project management for district implementations. In addition, the MORIC assists districts with data security and privacy leadership and planning initiatives aligned with best practice and industry standards.

A MORIC Educational Technology Planning Specialist is assigned as a school district’s main contact. The Planners meet regularly with superintendents, technology coordinators, business officials, vendors and MORIC staff.
