Admin Applications

The Administrative Application Services group supports school districts in a variety of non- instructional functions that allow the district to run smoothly. These services are divided into four main areas: Student Services, Financial Systems Services, Educator Management Services and Administrative Support.

Student Services offers support and training for a district’s student management system as well as software to support special education and intervention programs.

Financial Systems Services provides district support for the financial software packagesFinance Manager, WinCap, and nVision. Staff assists districts in the use of areas such as payroll, budget, accounting, purchasing/requisitions, accounts receivable, salary schedules and projections, human resources, attendance and time clock management.

Educator Management Services provides support for the use of software to easily and securely collect and manage teacher and principal evaluation data, a critical piece of the Annual Professional Performance Review state requirements. Team members will assist districts in all aspects of set-up, implementation and on-going use of the software. MORIC currently supports two evaluation data management systems: iObservation and OASYS.

Administrative Support includes a range of services, such as Document Management, Visitor Management, Registration Management, Facilities/Inventory Management, Administrative Computer Training, Cafeteria Management and Emergency Telephone Broadcast Service.
